Thanks Martha Reynolds. I’ve been a long time fan of PI. It can definitely take some of the guessing out when hiring managers are down to their top two candidates.

Thanks for the overview of Predictive Index. This is a new term for me. Finding good fit candidates is a win-win for both the employee and the employer. Nobody likes surprises or misaligned expectations
