Calendar Integration

Our Lessons module is powered by a calendar integration that enables instructors of any kind to sync their Outlook, Google or web-based calendars to automatically manage their availability. By automating the process of scheduling lessons, instructors only need to manage one calendar instead of manually updating their availability in multiple systems. This reduces the chances of missed appointments, ensuring a reliable scheduling process that increases player satisfaction.

Additionally, for operators who are focused on managing complex facility/multi-course schedules and monitoring overall usage of these spaces, Whoosh takes into account current course, range, court or simulator availability, conditions, restrictions before allowing a lesson to be reserved.?

Both of these key elements of our tool, ensures facility availability is always up-to-date, eliminates double booking concerns, the need for manual oversight and ensures enforcement of booking rules. Member/Guest Booking and Communications

For members, booking lessons becomes even easier with our booking application available on desktop, or iPhone or Android phones. By empowering members to self-serve and find the slots that work best for them, staff spend less time coordinating and rescheduling lessons, and this autonomy reduces back-and-forth communication!?

Operators can also decide if they prefer to have players book directly, or simply request a lesson for an instructor to confirm. Both options allow members/guests to filter by date, time, or instructor, allowing them to preview availability before committing to a reservation or request. Many instructors prefer to control their calendar, so lesson requests give the instructor the ability to determine when to slot a player within a requested range to give these instructors more control of their schedule. We also have built an option for notes, giving players the space to share lesson requests, skill level or other pertinent details ahead of time. This creates a space for streamlined one-on-one communication in a centralized location, to confirm all parties are on the same page, enhancing the overall lesson experience.

Once a lesson is confirmed, all players will receive email, text or push notifications that document their booking. Should schedules change, they have the option to update their reservation directly in the Whoosh application, within a per-determined cancelation window, with or without penalty.?
