EMPOWER. INSPIRE. ENGINEER. CELEBRATE.
The International Women in Engineering Day, by Engineers Ireland on 21st of June 2024 at Trinity College Dublin .
What a day!!!
It was a fantastic celebration with the theme "Enhanced by Engineering."
The day was packed with inspiring women, valuable networking, and the opportunity to learn with powerful stories.
And... I was there!!! Together with so many powerful women who are Engineers, Teachers, Mentors, Leaders, Managers, Directors, CEOs, mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, grandmothers, aunties, and all of them... DIVAS!
I was there... and I had the honor of being involved and sharing my thoughts and knowledge at the second panel, where we talked about "Empower! - Influence and motivate women to elevate and progress their careers"!!! WOW... this was already a lot of pressure, just thinking how my words, my actions, and whatever I was saying there could impact someone's life... but that was not all, I was sharing the panel with amazing speakers like:

I was there... sharing about our career journeys, our challenges, and I was there... learning from their experiences and advice too. All of us were there believing in a better future for our kids. It was motivating and energizing!
So I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who was involved in this great event, especially to Arethusa Goedert , Ciara Farmer , Colette O'Shea , and Krystyna Dimtchev for letting me be part of this incredible event, Engineers Ireland for all the support with the EU.engineer project, and thank you to all my colleagues who supported me on the day.
A special thanks to my husband, Daniel Fabiano , for always being by my side, for your support, and for capturing all the beautiful moments of this achievement.
