Employment vs Entrepreneurship
Certainly there are PROS and CONS as with everything.
Time freedom, living life on your own terms, having quality time with your family, not getting stuck and sucked into being hours and hours in the office and heavy traffic on the road, living the lifestyle you deserve helping more people in the process and the life you want to create with. New flash though - this takes time and massive efforts and great discipline so as to bridge your goals and accomplishments. Entrepreneurship is certainly not for the weak minds. Got to leverage a strong mindset and work ethic to your advantage if you are to make it. It doesn't get easier, you get better. It all starts with creating your WHY, then formulating good habits, sticking to fundamentals and learning to love your craft and having that passion in helping everyday people who would want to have their own side hustle that can supplement their employment income.
Jim Rohn once says, profits are better than wages. Meaning, wages can make you a living, but profits can make you a fortune.
But to each his own I guess.
From my own personal core, I believe the greatest risk is not risking at all.
Creating a second income source is necessary these days and not something as surprisingly coming across.
