An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Fitter/Engineer looking for a hands-on role within a world-renowned manufacturing company based in Devon for over 149 years.

- Mechanical assembly of bespoke engineering machinery

- Great variation with industry specific training

The Person:

Mechanical Fitter/ Engineer

Ideally from a machine assembly/manufacturing background

Looking for a varied role with training and travel opportunity.

Be practically minded and methodical.

The main duties of the role include.

? General machine assembly.

? Accurate Alignment and settings of working assemblies.

? Assembly of Pneumatic circuits/systems

? Assembly of Hydraulic circuits/systems

? Machine start up and testing.

Experience and qualifications.

Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or 5 years’ experience in a related field. – Essential.

BTEC or City and guilds Mechanical level 3 or above – Essential.

Knowledge of hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits/ systems an advantage.

Hours Monday – Thursday 08:00-17:00 & Friday 08:00-13:30
