Employing People is a Risky Business

Employing People is a Risky Business

Another day. Another payroll error, costing more than just backpay.

Loss of trust.

Loss of reputation.

Fines and recrimination.

Payroll used to be simple. Employees worked. Employers paid. When did it get so complicated?

If you've had payroll processing errors in the last 12 months, now is the time - before the new Financial Year starts - to make sure it's in the hands of people who know what they are doing. And who care .

  • If you have an Enterprise Agreement and you're not following it to the letter - you're at risk
  • If you employ under an Award and you're not updating things as conditions change - you're at risk
  • If you have a high numbers of people joining and leaving your organisation - you're at risk
  • If your timesheet data needs to be manually entered into your payroll software - you're at risk
  • If only one person knows how to run your payroll - you are much more at risk than you realise

Don't leave it. Do something about it. Now.
