Yes, you read me correctly. Interviews can be as much an opportunity for employers, as they are for candidates. I’m guessing most of us know the basics of conducting a good interview, like starting on time, or studying the candidate’s resume, or being diplomatic in conversation. Also, interview is a two way discussion and therefore, it's two way judgment - As much as the companies make their judgement, the candidates do judge too - So, companies must pay attention in doing a good job to uplift their branding and values too - Telling lies and selling dreams (impossible ones) will damage the company and interviewers reputation!
