Supporting Mental Health - You Are Not Alone

As Last week saw Samaritans Awareness Day, we want to take a moment to remind everyone that it's okay to not be okay. Mental health is a crucial aspect of our overall well-being, and it's important to acknowledge when we need support.

If you or a colleague are experiencing a mental health crisis, remember that you are not alone. The Samaritans are available 24/7 to provide a listening ear and support when you need it most. No matter the time, what you're going through, or where you are in the UK or Ireland, a Samaritan will face it with you.

Additionally, you can reach out to our partners at Shout, a free text service, for immediate help. Sometimes, just having someone to talk to can make all the difference.

Taking the step to reach out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Let's continue to support each other and ensure that everyone knows there is always someone to talk to.
