Employer PTO Tax Credit

There are available tax credits for employers for providing paid time off for workers receiving the Covid 19 vaccine. Employers can take tax credits for up to 80 hours of paid sick leave equal to the employee's regular wage, capped at $511 per day up to $5.110 for employees who were sick or quarantining, awaiting a Covid 19 test result or obtaining/recovering from the vaccine.

These credits are applicable for businesses/organizations of 500 or less employees.
