She worked hard to understand and learn all the new systems through our transition to CertaSite yet didn't miss a beat on the other 150 items on her to do list. Her level of commitment to our team and customers is astounding. She is always willing to jump in to help others, even in other departments when they need it most. I have had many customers call me to share how helpful and professional she is when working to help support them. In her spare time, she helps to collect food and toys for families in our network. Her generosity and willingness to give back to others is respected and appreciated. Thank you, Jessica, for all you do. We couldn't do it without you."

He is one of those people that is in a good mood and makes everyone else around him smile, even if he happens to be in a "not so great" mood or is having a difficult day. He is easy to work with and shares his knowledge and skill with everyone else in the office. He takes on the job, no matter how difficult and works to get it done. His professionalism and drive to help himself, his peers, and his branch be among the best in CertaSite is a true testament to what a wonderful employee and person he is. "

"Ileen has consistently gone above and beyond her duties. While her main role is primarily to oversee purchasing and inventory, she took on the role of billing at the same time when we needed additional help. She has become our resident expert in all things Parts Ledger and HubSpot. Ileen has worked to help support others to learn new skills and processes and is a dedicated and dependable teammate. She is such a pleasure to have on our team."

"Vince is a solid life safety technician, working hard to expand his knowledge in the fire protection industry. A fantastic team player and our "go to" alarm technician. He is looked upon as a leader in his segment of the Kent Branch. Vince is excellent with training of new technicians in areas of customer service, alarm troubleshooting, and use of ServiceTrade and Paycor. Vince is always pleasant and respectful to others around him. He has a great professional approach and attitude with everyone. A true "will do anything for the team and will always be here when you need him" kind of guy, we are truly honored to have Vince be a part of our team.”

"Andrew, aka Drew, had big shoes to fill when he got his chance to become a Route Sales and Service technician. He came to us with industry experience but the only available position I had at the time was the role as a shop tech. Although it wasn't exactly what he had in mind he came aboard and spent his first six months in the dry chemical room, each day leaving a little dustier than he started the day. Due to some unforeseen circumstances Drew was given the opportunity to jump into action sooner than expected. One day when I suddenly became unavailable, I tasked him with running a route for me. I've never seen anybody run out of a dry chemical room faster than he did that day. But all kidding aside, Drew nailed being a customer facing life safety technician from the beginning. He was always on time, willing to do those crazy early kitchen fire suppression systems and on top of that he is a master of his craft. Drew is not one for throwing a tag on just anything, he is very proud to be a Route Sales and Service life safety technician and takes great pride in his work. I respect his, "if it's not right we need to fix it" mentality, such a high level of integrity. I am very lucky-and-grateful to have Drew on the Toledo team, he is a team player, he has the respect of his peers and his customers love him. Drew is a true CertaSite professional, and we are better for having him."

Zack Mosely, Life Safety Technician-Fire Alarm

Columbus, OH

"Zach is a solid, hard working life safety technician. Period. I have known him from day one of his career in the fire protection industry, and quite simply, he never stops. Zach is the go-to fire alarm life safety technician in the Columbus office. He is, without fail, available to do whatever is necessary to take care of the customer and to take care of our business at CertaSite. He supports every other facet of the operation without question or complaint. He is aggressive with his continued development constantly striving for excellence and continuous improvement. He is always there for the other life safety technicians when they need any kind of support or help. Zach went as far as to get his portables license in within 30 days because he knew that we had a backlog that could be worked on because we had technicians out with COVID. That is the team player that he is. Moreover, he is truly a warm and thoughtful person who cares about everyone around him. It is a true pleasure to work alongside him and have him to count on every day. "
