Employees Exploitation @ TP

It is truly unfortunate that the situation with private jobs is becoming increasingly worse. The condition of the BPO industry is even worse. This is because those in the BPO sector have not yet given up their habit of exploiting people. First, they make employees work like laborers, then extend their shifts, and when an employee speaks up about their rights, they threaten them. The strangest part is when you go to speak with your HR about this issue, they start yelling at you instead.
A friend of mine, who was working in the payments team at Teleperformance Global Services for Flipkart , had his attendance marked incorrectly. When he tried to talk to his team leader and manager about it, both of them lashed out at him. About a month ago, my friend had raised a ticket requesting that his daily shift timings be extended due to which the manager, S*****a, and the team leader, M****n, developed ill-will against him and took revenge when they got the chance. This poor guy went to HR for help, but as the saying goes, "A thief is a thief’s cousin," HR sided with the wrongdoers. Today, when he received his salary, he discovered that his salary from last month had been reduced by one day's pay (cut by his team leader), and this time, four days' salary had been deducted.
Flipkart, you should have some decency, shouldn’t you? Do you let just anyone handle your processes? The agents who work tirelessly, even getting abused by your customers, still do their job properly, but companies like Teleperformance Digital exploit them.
However, I believe no company is inherently bad; it is the senior management working there that ruins it. In this case, Manager S*****a (TP Bangalore), Team Leader M*****n (TP Bangalore), A*******a (HR), and S*******a (HR) openly exploited an employee. The person showed me all the screenshots and reports as evidence.
Flipkart and TP , why don’t you stop these thieving practices? If the agents you are exploiting decide to start giving your customers incorrect resolutions, you’ll have customers barging into your offices and attacking you.

Teleperformance Legal Case:
Case: There have been various complaints and disputes raised by employees against Teleperformance related to issues such as improper wage deductions, poor working conditions, and unfair labor practices. These complaints often involve exploitation of workers, undue work pressure, and improper termination of contracts.
Outcome: Legal outcomes in such cases are usually settlements or resolutions under labor law protections. However, many of these cases settle out of court, with the companies making compensations or changing internal practices. In some countries, there have been regulatory actions taken to ensure better labor practices, although specific high-profile cases against Teleperformance have been scarce in public legal records.
Flipkart Legal Case:

For example, disputes regarding vendor payments, employee benefits, and terms of service have often been settled either via internal HR mechanisms or court-ordered arbitration. Similarly, consumer cases usually result in Flipkart either offering a replacement or refund to the dissatisfied customers, depending on the nature of the complaint.
