Employee Wellbeing: The Goal Is Change

When you peel everything away, I would suggest the core goal of employee wellbeing is change.
I would further suggest that this change needs to occur at two levels: the level of the individual employee AND the level of the organization. It is not an either/or paradigm, but rather an and/both paradigm.
Deciding on What to change and How to best change is where the change rubber meets the road as they say. The What and the How is where the conflicts begin.
Since the What and the How varies by both individual employee and their work environment (aka the organization), this is where the challenges with addressing employee wellbeing begin.
And what a journey it will be, so let's enjoy the ride!
