Employee Voice in Arbitration

Ann C. Hodges, Professor of Law Emerita at the University of Richmond School of Law, has published “Employee Voice in Arbitration,” Employee Rights and Employment Policy Journal, Vol. 22, No. 2, 2018. In her scholarly paper, Professor Hodges proposes instituting a negotiation or bargaining requirement into employment contracts in order to protect employee rights in the wake of the United States Supreme Court’s recent Epic Systems v. Lewis decision.
