Employee Support Programme (ESP)
UMO’s is proud to share our Employee Support Programme (ESP) to support workplaces. It is the alternative to the outdated EAP systems. Our ESP provides individual and inclusive support accessible to all employees when they need it, focusing on supporting both diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health, neurodiversity and wellbeing issues. We provide services such as Specialist Workplace Coaching, Counselling, Weekly Drop-Ins and Workshops.
Our ESP programme is run by UMO’s highly experienced Specialist Workplace Coaches, who are qualified Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Neurdiversity Support Workers, Mental Health Social Workers, Autism & ADHD Specialists, Mental Health Nurses and Counsellors.
UMO workplace coaching builds employee confidence, and helps create a workplace culture of greater integration, improved efficiency and productivity.

Try Out OneSpace - “Your Passport For An Inclusive Workplace Experience”.
Our App, OneSpace, Pilots soon - we are testing out the Mental Health, Neurodiversity & Wellbeing Passport as well as many of the other features of the app. The pilot is launching April-May 2024, piloting with UMO staff and a variety of organisations. Access To Work
Did you know that you can fund support for you or your employees at work via the government Access To Work scheme? UMO provides Job Coaching, Coping Strategy Training and Disability Awareness Training to employees in the workplace via the Access To Work Scheme.
You can apply for the scheme at www.gov.uk/access-to-work/apply, an access to work advisor will contact the employee and arrange a workplace visit, then a decision will be made about what support can be offered, and you may select UMO as your chosen provider.
Alternatively, you can fund this same support for your employees.
