Hi I am Himanshu Ranjan working at Ichelon Consulting Group (ICG) as the Head of Technology. I joined ICG in November 2019 as a senior PHP developer. I love being a techie. The current innovations that are in action include BI, Investment tool, and green receipt. The work environment, opportunities, and entrepreneurship at ICG were the first things that attracted me to join the company. The main driving force that makes me continue in the company for years is the work dedication, product innovation, and higher targets to achieve. It keeps me growing and putting my best foot forward in the company. Growth can mean different things to different people. For me, growth is something that makes you experience new things and work upon them. In that matter, ICG always stands a step ahead of my expectations.? Saying that I would actually give 8 on 10 to my growth at ICG considering the fact that there is much more to achieve in life than what I have already achieved. Each day at ICG is better than the day that passed by as each day has something new to offer. Team, opportunities, and management support are a few things that I really appreciate about the ICG work environment. With the entrepreneurial culture in place, we always push our team members to align their skill sets and commitment in line with enterprise vision. I constantly keep thinking about things that I want to achieve in the coming years. This gives me the motivation to move forward in life. I always try to work smart to achieve my goals, outcomes and associated growth is something that would definitely come with time. I think this is my commitment to my company and I try my best to fulfil it. Team management, working towards the outcome, and work management are something I consider my own. Over the past years, I have worked on developing several skills like team and skill management, entrepreneurship, setting higher targets, and achieving them within the time limit. I have worked with each passing day on these skills. My motto in life is to be self-sufficient so that I can work and live my life on my own terms. When talking about life, I follow the saying “Be calm and Always look for Solutions”.
