When did your journey with Silvercorp Metals start?

I joined Silvercorp in July 2011 through university recruitment. It's been an enriching 13-year journey!

What does a typical day at your job look like for you?

My day-to-day job involves overseeing the development and refinement of testing, sampling, and laboratory procedures. I also analyze, review, and report on various sample data, and I'm in charge of maintaining and operating laboratory instruments and equipment.

How has Silvercorp helped your professional growth?

Working here has significantly sharpened my technical and management skills, thanks to my ongoing exposure to advanced practices in mining and lab operations.

What activities do you enjoy in your spare time?

In my free time, I enjoy walking or exercising at the company gym and reading books, especially foreign literature. During vacations, I like to travel and broaden my knowledge and perspective.
