Employee Spotlight: Wellbeing Champions in January

As we kick off the new year, at bet365, we are prioritising wellbeing and mental health for our team members. This January, we’re excited to shine a light on some of our incredible team members who are championing wellbeing initiatives within our business.

?Meet Our Wellbeing Champions!??

Rebekah Tabone

Role: Operations Gaming Support Deputy Manager, Malta Office

Rebekah has been at bet365 for four years, starting as an Operations Gaming Support Advisor and working her way up to her current role, Operations Gaming Support Deputy Manager. She believes that prioritising wellbeing is essential for true success, stating,

“A healthy mind and body empowers us to thrive, build stronger relationships, and face life’s challenges with resilience.”

Rebekah emphasises that wellbeing plays a key role in life satisfaction, and her daily activities, such as exercising, fostering a sense of purpose and personal growth. This January, she volunteered to be a champion for wellbeing during January, hoping to inspire others to find balance and become healthier, happier versions of themselves.

Thomas Banks

Role: Marketing Delivery Supervisor, Marketing Delivery

With over seven years at bet365, Thomas understands the importance of wellbeing from both a professional and personal perspective. Having worked in Customer Services Induction, he saw how important wellbeing is—not just for his trainees but also for customers. “Being the first impression of the company, I wanted to ensure everyone felt welcomed and comfortable,” he shares. Thomas often puts forward a resilient exterior, allowing him to empathise with others.

“If I can help even one person improve their wellbeing, I will feel rewarded.”

This January, he volunteered to champion wellbeing at work to contribute to a positive environment for all and inspire others to get involved. “This initiative is a perfect opportunity to address challenges on a larger scale,” he explains.

Fabiola Pasquantonio

Role: Training Officer, Training Team

Fabiola has been a Training Officer for three wonderful years and joined bet365 six years ago in January 2019. She began her journey as a Customer Account Advisor for the Italian Customer Services and later progressed to become an Instructor in the Customer Services Induction department, fulfilling her passion for training new teams and contributing to the growth of our talented workforce. Wellbeing holds a special place in Fabiola's heart as it helps her navigate the diverse responsibilities and transitions in both her professional and personal life. She recognises the importance of prioritising and nurturing her own wellbeing while supporting others. This January, Fabiola volunteered to champion wellbeing at work because she is passionate about fostering a supportive environment. She believes many of her team members can relate to the need for balance during times of change and is excited to share the fantastic new techniques and practices she has discovered.

Andy Nicholson

Role: Trader, TPEA

Andy has been with bet365 for fourteen years and in his current role for five and a half years. Andy is passionate about wellbeing, especially after facing his own difficulties over the past few years. “Wellbeing is a subject close to my heart,” he says. He was excited to participate in the initiative, recognising that while Christmas and New Year are times of celebration, they can also be challenging for many. “Looking out for one another is extremely important,” he emphasises.


Beth Titterton

Role: Recruitment Coordinator, Human Resources

With just over a year at bet365, Beth believes that wellbeing is essential as it provides a time to check in with oneself. She enjoys yoga for its techniques in breathing and relaxation, emphasising the importance of making time for personal wellbeing.

“Whether it’s taking two minutes to make a brew, going to the gym, or getting steps in on a walk, it all contributes to your overall wellbeing,”

This January, Beth volunteered to champion wellbeing at work to step outside her comfort zone and encourage her team to prioritise their wellbeing as well. “By signing up for Wellbeing initiatives, I hope to hold myself accountable while inspiring others,” she explains. She is excited about the opportunity to run a step challenge across the Recruitment teams in Stoke, Manchester, Denver, and New Jersey, highlighting the importance of collaboration and connection outside of daily tasks across the globe.
