This team is made up of committed professionals who are vital to the seamless operation of the business. With more than ten years of experience, Jeannette Saab leads our finance department and ensures smooth financial operations. Virginia Hiteshew , joining us as Marketing Coordinator in 2024, infuses creativity and attention to detail into enhancing our brand presence. Overseeing human resources is Nicole Levites , who fosters a positive work environment through effective recruitment and employee development strategies. Together, our administration team works synergistically to drive the company's success and growth in today's competitive business landscape.

Jeannette has been with 2IM Group, LLC, since 2018 as the Finance Lead. With over a decade of experience in the business field, she possesses extensive knowledge of credit and collections, account receivables, account payables, support services, and business operations.

What was your biggest accomplishment while working at 2IM group?

Develop and implement new procedures to improve billing and AR areas.

Nicole has served as the HR Lead at 2IM Group, LLC, since 2021. Her responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee benefits, and handling employee relations, contributing significantly to the company's HR operations and employee satisfaction.

Achievements and favorite parts about working at 2IM?

• Since my first day in September 2021, the company has grown by 45%-50%.

?What do you like to do in your free time?

• I love to travel. I believe travel is important to broaden your horizons and to help us understand that we are all citizens of one world with very diverse backgrounds, opportunities, and histories.
• I also just love to see new places and to experience the beauty, food, and people of different regions.
• Still high on my list to see are – New Zealand, Africa, and the Amalfi Coast of Italy.

Virginia has served as the Marketing Coordinator at 2IM Group, LLC since 2024, where she focuses on enhancing the company's brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives, leveraging her creativity and analytical skills to drive impactful campaigns.

What projects are you working on right now??

I work on a variety of projects, such as project experience sheets, proposals, LinkedIn posts, the website, and recruiting.

The environment here is really friendly and welcoming, making it easy to approach anyone. I also enjoy the variety of projects and tasks I get to work on, which keeps things interesting for me.

What do you like to do in your free time??

In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, workout, and travel.
