What is your favorite thing about working at Konvergenz?

The opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and see the direct impact of my work on our clients' success. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that what I do helps them thrive.

If you could rename your job title to something more creative, what would it be?

Madam System Sleuth - it’s all about uncovering the mysteries in the systems!

What is the best piece of career advice you've ever heard?

Wow! I have so many but the one that has stuck with me currently is: "Always be curious and never stop learning. The moment you think you know everything is the moment you've stopped growing." That’s something I try to live by.

Share a fun fact about yourself that most colleagues do not know?

I have a hidden passion for playing the violin occasionally. It's a hobby that helps me unwind and keeps my love for music alive.

If you could choose a theme song for your work life, what would it be and why?

Manyo Pesa by Coster Ojwang' - because everyone in Nairobi is out here looking for money! It’s a song that just resonates.

What is YOUR MOTIVATION MANTRA/QUOTE that inspires you to wake up every day and work hard towards your goals?

Honestly? I have to do my nails next month and the month after that! I also believe the only way to do great work is to love what you do.
