Employee Spotlight: Tejaswini

As an SEO Trainee and Junior SEO Analyst for two years before joining RemitBee, Tejaswini has learned and explored digital marketing, particularly a well-known strategy today called Search Engine Optimization (SEO). She enjoys being up-to-date with the latest trends and always start the day by researching Google updates and focusing on digital marketing trends to ensure the website’s ranking is always on top. Upon learning about RemitBee through LinkedIn, she applied and went through a smooth interview process, starting with an HR Round, followed by a technical and manager round. Now, she has been working for RemitBee as an SEO Analyst for one year and four months.??

“I enjoy working for RemitBee because of the flexible working hours, lack of hierarchy, equal treatment for all, friendly environment, and colleagues,” shares Tejaswini. However, like most jobs, being new to a certain field with initial skill set at a basic level, it could be quite a challenge. “Tasks such as different working hours, task deadlines, and monitoring website performance and handling Google Ads where a few challenges,” she adds. Thankfully, her manager and team assisted and managed deadlines through the Jira board, which the whole company uses.??

“RemitBee offers a great working environment where employees can gain more exposure related to their working field,” adds Tejaswini. If given a chance, she joyfully responded that she would encourage others to work for RemitBee.??
