Employee Spotlight: Tash

We want to shine a spotlight on Natasha this week, our Production Manager. Tasha has been with EPM for over ten years and is an essential part of our company dynamic and is always ensuring that things run smoothly.

We asked Natasha some questions about her time at EPM.

What inspired you to pursue your career?

It was a natural progression. I have worked with Craig for 11 years on Electropages and as the years have gone on, I have become more and more involved with EPM.

What's the biggest hurdle you've faced whilst in your career, and how was it overcome?

Life/Work balance as I have small children. EPM has always supported me in flexibility and given me the trust to work around the children.

If you could go back in time 10 years ago what advice would you give yourself?

Do exactly as I did. Work hard. Go above and beyond. Always communicate.?

What kind of opportunities have you had whilst part of EPM?

Opportunities to meet other wonderful people and fun team events. The ability to grow and work up to a higher position and learn our internal project management system and train others.

What makes EPM different to other workplaces?

The care and support you get from the managers. They really do go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and the benefits are really good too.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

Making sure my other colleagues are happy and doing well. Any help I can give makes me happy.
