What is your role at Harry Norman?

In my role at Harry Norman, REALTORS?, I serve as the Marketing Team Lead of our Greater North Marketing Team. In this capacity, I am entrusted with overseeing the marketing efforts for agents and offices in the region and leading a team of dedicated marketing professionals. My primary responsibilities involve developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve our business objectives. I actively collaborate with designers and our agents to identify target audiences, conduct comprehensive market research, and analyze competitor activities, leveraging these insights to inform our overarching marketing strategies.
