1. What attracted you to join GoNetZero???

I joined GoNetZero? for the challenge to create a set of digital solutions that I hope will help accelerate efforts for all our customers to meet their net zero ambitions. With only one Earth, one home, I'm grateful for the opportunity to leverage my expertise to contribute meaningfully to preserving our planet for future generations, making a tangible difference in the fight against climate change.

2. What accomplishments are you most proud of in your career??

Most recently, the successful commissioning of an identity management product at GovTech - enabling its seamless integration across diverse systems and complex architectures within strict timelines is something I treasure and am grateful to have had the opportunity to work on. This experience was extremely challenging but immensely rewarding. Secondly, presenting our team's work on an innovative digital app aimed at empowering Singapore consumers to manage their utilities usage more efficiently at the regional utilities awards in Thailand. This opportunity reinforced the importance of innovation to address real-world challenges.

3. What's a valuable lesson you've learned in your career??

“Negative feedback from customers and others is something you must learn to love”. While this advice may seem puzzling initially, it is a reminder that those who provide critical feedback often have a vested interest in our success. Their insights are valuable for us to learn from and improve our work and products.?

4. What does your perfect weekend look like??

A weekend getaway with my family at a tropical beach resort where we get sun, water, and fun.?

5. What are 3 things on your bucket list??

• Jump out of a perfectly functional aeroplane
• Drive from Singapore to Sweden, exploring the various countries and cultures along the way
• Spend a week meditating at a place of peace and tranquility without any interruptions from electronic devices
