1. What attracted you to join GoNetZero???

GoNetZero? caught my attention as one of the leading forces in promoting green energy development in the region. However, what truly drew me in was the company’s focus on decarbonisation, a critical and pressing issue for corporations globally.?

2. What have been some of the most important lessons you've learned throughout your career?

I’ve learned a lot about how companies navigate uncertainties and overcome challenges in measuring their carbon footprint. Observing their motivations and milestones has been both unique and remarkable.?

The learning curve has been steep, but the journey has been incredibly rewarding. I see myself as playing a small part in a larger movement, helping companies decarbonise their supply chains, and, ultimately, achieving their Net- Zero targets.?

3. What values would you suggest are essential for successful and collaborative teams to have??

Being able to work in an environment that is inspiring and knowledge-rich, while welcoming different perspectives, is incredibly fulfilling. Such an environment not only fosters personal and professional growth, but also cultivates innovation and creativity. Moreover, when an organisation encourages work-life balance, it ensures that employees are not only productive but also happy and healthy. This holistic approach creates a sustainable and motivating atmosphere, enabling individuals to perform their best over the long-term.??

Maintaining a work-life balance so you could be in it for the long run.??

5. What's something surprising that not many people know about you??

I'm a big football fan and have played recreational football in different countries.?
