Over the past (nearly) two years, Safaa Norredine, Partner Manager, has demonstrated exceptional dedication, commitment, and passion. Question 1: If you could give advice to your 16-year-old self what would it be?

I would say, “Fear less, explore more; your passion for tech will lead to an extraordinary career journey filled with innovation and endless possibilities.”

Question 2: What is the most striking difference between your actual job and how you thought the job would be??

While I anticipated a tech-focused role, the reality surprised me—it's about fostering creativity and building meaningful connections with all stakeholders: from clients to colleagues, adding depth to my work.

Question 3: Explain a time you had to collaborate with other teams to solve a problem.

For a very specific and demanding ad campaign, we encountered a multifaceted challenge that demanded a fusion of diverse skills. Through cohesive collaboration, each team member's unique perspective - from a supply side, product team & demand side contributed to a comprehensive solution, enhancing our ability to deliver impactful results for the client. This experience underscored the strength in recognizing and leveraging the distinct contributions of every individual within the company, reinforcing that collaboration is key to crafting holistic solutions in ad tech.

Question 4: What's the best piece of advice you have been given in your career?

The best advice I’ve received is a mantra that has shaped my dynamic career in adTech, Embrace change for innovation's sake—challenges fuel growth.
