Richard Matich has been named the Operations Manager since August 2021 and has brought a wide variety of experience to the ABUS USA team. He has a marketing and business administration degree that he applies often in his operations management.?

Richard has become an integral part of the ABUS operations team as he currently manages a variety of departments which include assembly, warehouse, and purchasing.?Richard’s favorite part about being an ABUS employee is the team environment. He appreciates the values of a family-owned company and feels that his position challenges him to learn new skills.?

Pushing yourself in life is important and Richard has set many goals at ABUS. He wants to continue building the business and reaching new heights in his career at the company. He quoted recently, “If I were to be a lock, I’d be an 83 series because it’s very versatile and wears many hats.”

ABUS is proud to have Richard as the Operations Manager. His organizational skills, hard-work, and drive will further the business’ endeavors and goals.?
