Employee Spotlight: Pichaya Jitpawanakul

Curious, fun-loving, and adventurous—these are some of the qualities of Pingping, or Pichaya Jitpawanakul, our 25-year-old Brand Strategist at Entravision MediaDonuts Thailand.

When Pingping joined the company in 2020, she says she challenged herself by setting a goal. “It was my first time working as a strategist, so my first goal was to grow in this role and learn [it well].”

Her job requires her to do consumer research online to look for insights that will aid the team in understanding their behavior and help clients grow their campaign. By getting out of her comfort zone and “challenging myself to do something new or something that I'm not used to,” she grew in her role naturally.

With the support of her teammates, she not only met her goal; she exceeded it. Pingping earned recognition as one of the Outstanding Employees for the work she has done in Q1 of 2022.

Pingping says she feels right at home at Entravision MediaDonuts.

“I feel that the company always takes good care of the employee and makes the employee feel important.”

This July, she will mark a milestone as she celebrates her second work anniversary. Pingping is grateful for the wealth of skills and knowledge she has gained while working in the company. “I know now to think in a more strategic way, how to make use of marketing tools, how each platform works. I’ve learned content planning and marketing skills.

“I’m grateful that my teammates are rich not only in knowledge but also in experiences. They’ve taught me how to juggle tasks and manage my workflow, how to organize projects, and most especially, how to work in a team.”

In fact, Pingping is also friends with her colleagues and spends time with them outside of work, as they share common interests. Pingping is a big K-pop fan, particularly of NCT and Enhypen, and is active in K-pop fan communities. She’s also quite the foodie and says she enjoys trying out new restaurants.

Asked what she thinks makes Entravision MediaDonuts a great place to work, Pingping replied, “My teammates and all my colleagues in the organization make me feel happy working. I love the way we work together as one team. No one gets left behind, no one is left to go through things alone. Everyone is supportive and kind to each other.
