What do you think is the most important skill that a successful professional needs to have?

The willingness to learn new things and the dedication to achieve the greater goal in different ways, as well as to be as safe as possible.

What's a cause that you are passionate about?

I have been a volunteer firefighter and EMS since 1998 (Helping the community).

How have you impacted your teams success?

By keeping Middle River Vessel's compliant with Coast Guard regulations and also keeping the crews safe above all.

What is something that you are proud of about yourself?

Building a great family at home with my wife Jamie, my son Colin, and my daughter Ashlynn.

What tips or advice would you give someone starting a new job?

Be aware of your surroundings and learn as much as possible from the experienced employees you will be training/working with.

Do you follow any sport teams?

Chicago Cubs, Da Bears, and the Minnesota Vikings.

What inspired you to join the team here at Middle River?

I wanted to work with the start of an expanding company that is continually growing, and it is rewarding to see that growth.

What would be your dream job?

To fish and hunt everyday and get paid for it. But unfortunately, that will have to wait for the winning Power Ball ticket.
