How would you describe what you do at work to a 3-year-old??

• Help construction companies prove they are qualified to complete construction projects.

Where did you grow up, and where do you live now??

• Grew up in Peoria, IL and am currently in Washington, IL.

Tell us about your family, pets, or other significant relationships outside of work.?

• I am married to Millie, have 7 children, 2 sons-in-laws and 2 grandchildren.?I’m the youngest of 8 kids and still am blessed to have my Mom around.?She and my wife keep me in line.

What was your first paid job ever??

• ???I worked in a gravel pit operating wheel loaders and delivering aggregate in dump trucks.

When not at?work, what do you like to do?

• I like smoking meats on my Big Green Egg and enjoying the finished product with friends & family.

What is your?favorite movie, TV show, or book??

• Ozark

If you could?have one superpower, what would it be??

• ?The ability to fly

What is the best place you have ever visited, and where have you always wanted to go??

• I love the ocean.?Florida, Carolina’s, and the Caribbean.?Hawaii is on my bucket list.

• I love the old gospel hymns.?“It Is Well With My Soul”

What person (living or dead) would you most like to share dinner with??

• ?Bill Waibel, my dad.?I would love to catch up with him again.

What extracurricular activities were you involved with in high school??

• I did a lot of volunteering and traveling with my youth group.

What actor would you want to play you if they ever made a movie about your life??

• Vince Vaughn ??

What is your favorite season, and why??

• Spring.?I really appreciate the warmer weather and outdoors after the Midwest winter.

What advice would you give yourself in high school??

• Don’t ever underestimate what you can accomplish with hard work and courage.

What is one thing that you are really good at??

• I make a mean reverse seared steak.
