Employee Spotlight: Matt

This week we'd like to shine a spotlight on Matt, our Marketing Manager in Digital Services. Matt has been with EPM for just over 13 years and is an expert in SEO, Web Analytics and Google Adwords, among other skills. He has been an integral part of the company when it comes to clients and in-house work.

We asked him some questions about his time at EPM.

What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

I enjoy doing what I do and take great satisfaction from learning and applying strategies to new campaigns.

What makes EPM different to other workplaces?

The relaxed and beautifully designed office environment lends itself well to creating a comfortable, collaborative space. The effort and thought put into the overall design and layout of the offices are fantastic.

What do you like most about EPM?

I like that EPM put a lot of care into their staff and provide team events, breaks away and support.

What's the biggest hurdle you've faced in your role, and how was it overcome?

I have seen many changes within the industry. Staying up to date with industry advancements and staying on the cutting edge of technology has always been one long track of hurdles.

What kind of opportunities have you had over the last 13 years?

EPM has allowed me to meet and work with a wide range of companies in various industries. Working with so many different people has given me a lot of insight into a wide range of business sectors, from B2B packaging to the UK's most famous medieval cathedral!

What are you most proud of working at EPM?

I have witnessed the company grow from a small business unit to the incredibly stylish and well-designed Poole town centre office block it is now. Many changes happened along the way, and I feel proud to have been a part of it.
