Lochinee has always been drawn to fast-paced environments where she can really put her skills to the test. After working in both accounting and customer service, she was introduced to RemitBee by a friend who used to work at the same company. She went through a face-to-face interview process and has been with the company for 1.5 years now and loves the work she does.??

As a RemitBee agent, Lochinee is responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers, resolving escalations, handling remittances, and ensuring a smooth transition of funds for customers. She considers herself to be a goal-oriented individual who is always looking for new challenges. The fast-paced nature of her work with RemitBee really suits her personality and allows her to thrive in her role.??

“I was able to see a potential growth in my career and support the team at times of critical need. I’m improving myself in being a vital team player and become more customer centric in paying attention to our agents and get the follow ups addressed on time.” shares Lochinee when asked what she likes most about her job. While it is enjoyable, there are still challenges to the job like funds not being deposited to the customer on time especially it was sent for an emergency purpose. One time, she had to connect with an overseas agent (it was midnight for them) so the funds can be deposited within 2 hours. Experiences like such taught her a lot in terms of communication and problem-solving.??

Working on-site at the RemitBee office lets Lochinee experience firsthand the friendly environment inside the company. “The way employers treat the employees here is highly satisfactory and I always feel welcomed to discuss my thoughts,” she shares.
