This month’s employee spotlight shines on Katherine Yuson, the Senior Manager of Workplace Experience. When it comes to collaborating with Katherine, every experience is an incredible one!

When did you start your career in advertising and operations begin? What led you to workplace experience?

• I started my career in operations in 2014 and have since dipped my toes in several different industries. I've always been passionate about building processes and making businesses run smoother. Prioritizing workplace experience was a natural choice for me, as it allowed me to streamline operations and drive success while focusing on employee satisfaction.

How long have you been with Liquid? Which project has been your favorite to work on?

• This month marks my third year with Liquid. I'm always thrilled to start planning our annual Liquid trips. It's incredibly fulfilling to work on a project that rewards our hard-working staff while fostering team experiences and memories. Each year presents a new challenge to outdo the last trip, and I'm excited to see how we can make future trips even more memorable.

What aspects of the gaming industry's future are you most excited about?

• I'm particularly excited about the potential for innovation in virtual reality gaming experiences. It will be interesting to see how we interact with games in the future.

What is your favorite video game of all time?

• Super Mario World is an all-time classic, and it's super nostalgic for me. When I was younger, my grandpa owned a Super Nintendo console, so my cousins and I would play with him. He would help us beat the levels we couldn’t on our own.
