When and why did you join CalCog?

I joined the CalCog team in November 2021. Coming from working in a pharmacy, I wanted something a little different and CalCog definitely fit the bill. I was excited to become a part of something that was bigger than me.?

What is your favorite part of working at CalCog?

My favorite part of working at CalCog is the work environment and the people here - especially the AWESOME P&L team!?

What skill do you leverage most at work???

Attention to details, I think this is why my position is such a great fit for me!??

What are 3 fun facts about you?

• I enjoy traveling - my favorite part is getting to try different food?.

I am most proud of...??

?My kids of course! Professionally, I’d have to say I am proud of my growth here within CalCog. Starting as a label tech and working up to Supervisor is something I didn’t think about when I initially started working here.?

What clinical trial supply industry trend are you most excited about?

I’m interested to see what AI can do for the trial industry. The standout for me is AI being able to identify the most suitable patients for a certain clinical trial.?

Who is your personal hero and/or professional mentor?

My professional mentor is Kate who I met at CalCog. While she is no longer with the company, I am forever grateful for her! She was always willing to teach me new things and answer questions, and she would challenge me to be better. I don’t think I would have grown as much as I have without her seeing the potential in me.
