Two years ago, Kayla took a leap into the school transportation industry by joining STA. Reflecting on her career shift, she describes it as one of the best decisions she’s ever made.?

“My employment at STA has changed my life for the better, and I am truly grateful for it every day,” Kayla shared. “I feel valued here, and I enjoy helping to get issues resolved, coming up with solutions, and working on ideas for future projects and changes.”?

As the main GPS point of contact for STA’s operations across the U.S. and Canada, Kayla plays an integral part in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our fleet. Her role involves working closely with GPS and camera vendors, ensuring that our locations have the tools and support they need to operate smoothly.?

“Many people may not realize just how much technology goes into keeping our buses safe,” Kayla explained. “From GPS tracking to onboard cameras, these systems are vital for monitoring operations and making real-time safety improvements.”?
