? How long have you been working at Changed, and what was your initial role? How has your journey progressed?

I've had the privilege of being a part of the Changed team since May 2022. When I began, I joined as a Customer Support Representative. Over time, my role has evolved as I've had the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of user engagement and support, which has been incredibly fulfilling.

?? What were your key accomplishments in the Changed Plus and Premium rollout?

Certainly! My focus during the rollout was ensuring that our users were informed about the fantastic features these updates brought. As part of the customer support team, I had the chance to interact with our users directly and let them know about the benefits of Plus and Premium.?

Being on the customer support team I hear all the feedback our users provide. The rollout of Plus and Premium were going to give users the extra perks they've been asking for, which then would allow them to pay off their debt so much faster!?

?? What motivates and inspires you in your work at Changed?

I would say what inspires?me the most about working at Changed is the fact?that people are working so hard everyday to provide for themselves or their families. Debt is unfortunately something?a lot of individuals don't know a whole lot about. I myself went to school and I'm paying down my student debt, it stresses me out thinking about all the money that I owe.

Changed offers a solution that helps users chip away at their debts without feeling overwhelmed. Witnessing people's success stories and knowing that I've played a part in their journey to financial freedom is incredibly fulfilling.
