Q1: What originally brought you to Reliance Partners and how long have you been a part of the team?

I joined Reliance Partners in 2016 after being in P&C insurance for several years. Transportation insurance seemed like a natural fit for me having grown up around the trucking industry. I also really loved the culture and the drive for growth!

Q2: What does a typical day look like for you in your role and what do you most enjoy about it?

There are no typical days. Every day brings exciting new challenges but we’re here to overcome those challenges and find solutions. I’m a problem solver and I really enjoy that!

Q3: Do you have any advice or tips for women who are looking to advance their career in the logistics field?

ALWAYS be an advocate for yourself and for other women whenever you have the opportunity!? Find a mentor and invest time in yourself.

Q4: In your opinion, what are the most significant challenges facing the logistics industry today, and how is Reliance Partners addressing them?

There are so many challenges facing the industry right now. Everything from carrier fraud, cargo theft, and increasing shipper contracts requirements. Reliance Partners has a very strong understanding due to the leadership teams background in transportation and logistics allowing us to develop and provide strategic insurance products.

Q5: If you could have a superpower that only works in the office, what would it be and how would you use it?

Cloning! I would clone my team members because they are literally the best!
