Employee Spotlight | Jaklin Guyumjyan

Jaklin Guyumjyan joined TALG as an Associate in our Las Vegas and New York offices. Jaklin, an Armenian native, immigrated to the US at the age of 6. Growing up as an only child in a strict Armenian household made her an experienced advocate from a young age. Always being told she would make a great lawyer planted the seed and became a goal for Jaklin since she was a young girl.

Jaklin earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a focus in Finance from UNLV, and her dream to become a lawyer materialized when she progressed to earn her JD from New York Law School. She began her legal career working at Fried Frank in the heart of New York City’s financial district, where she specialized in large private equity finance transactions. Bringing that experience with her to TALG, Jaklin’s practice focuses on business transactions and providing strategic legal counsel to businesses.

Jaklin has successfully represented numerous clients in negotiating and drafting agreements, ensuring legal compliance, and resolving disputes.?Whether working with startups or established corporations, Jaklin is committed to safeguarding her clients' interests and contributing to their long-term success in the dynamic business environment of Las Vegas. When she’s not drafting up contracts, Jaklin enjoys cooking, playing tennis and cherishes quality time with her family and Bernese mountain dog.
