Meet Jackson Ochoya , or as we like to call him around the office, “Snakedoctor”. Jackson has been with us at Konvergenz for a little over a year now, and in that time, he’s become known for his boundless energy, and ability to tackle any challenge thrown his way. Whether he’s sprinting through a task or cracking a joke, Jackson always brings his A-game. Let’s dive into his story and see what makes him tick!

What is your favorite thing about working at Konvergenz?

The favorable working schedule and conditions here really stand out for me. It makes balancing work and life so much easier, which is something I truly appreciate.

If you could rename your job title to something more creative, what would it be?

“Jack of More Trades.” It captures how I’m always diving into new challenges and skills—no two days are ever the same!

What is the best piece of career advice you've ever heard?

“If you’ve got to do something, do it right.” Simple but powerful advice that I live by every day.

Share a fun fact about yourself that most colleagues do not know.

Not everyone knows this, but I’m a bit of a low-key comedian. I love bringing a smile to people’s faces—whether it’s on the job or off.

If you could choose a theme song for your work life, what would it be and why?

“M.O.M” by Will Roush. It’s all about momentum and staying on track, which is exactly how I approach my work.
