Employee Spotlight- Ilea Jordan

We are thrilled to welcome Ilea as our newest Executive Director of Global Business Development and Inside Sales at KPS Life! ??

Ilea brings a wealth of experience and passion to her new role, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on board. When asked what attracted her to KPS Life, she shared, "Joining KPS Life, I’m incredibly excited to be part of a team that truly makes a difference in the industry. The prospect of contributing to innovative solutions and working closely with sponsors is something that I really enjoy. I'm excited to continue learning more about our sponsors and their needs as they grow and advance their science."

Outside of work, Ilea is all about balance. She loves spending quality time with her husband and kids, is an avid reader, and stays active with regular workouts. "These activities keep me balanced and energized, both personally and professionally," she says.

What resonated most with Ilea about KPS Life’s culture? She put it perfectly: "The culture at KPS Life is nothing short of inspiring. The genuine care and commitment they show towards their employees and clients is truly remarkable. It’s a place where kindness and support are the norm, and that resonates with me on a deep level."

Ilea also shared that she’s been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors who have paved the way for future female leaders. "Their guidance and the paths they've forged inspire me daily, and I’m committed to continuing that legacy for the next generation."
