What is your favorite part of your job??

My favorite part of my job is the constant emergence of new things to learn and challenges to overcome. Witnessing the creative and dynamic process of a product's development inspires me, and being part of such an environment is truly motivating. This allows me to continuously improve myself and keep the work exciting.?

In our industry, it's crucial to stay ahead of the curve by constantly adapting to the latest trends. We're proactively working towards integrating artificial intelligence into our projects, acknowledging its significance in shaping the industry's future. We believe that AI will revolutionize payment systems by significantly enhancing transaction processes.? ?

Is there something in particular about your industry that excites you? Why??

For me, software is not just a tool; it's a gateway to creating solutions that improve the quality of users' lives. Being part of this innovative project, which aims to enhance a widely used area like the payments system, and thinking about the value we can add to people's everyday lives are what truly excites me.?

On a personal level, I know the importance of continually adapting to new technologies and envision myself specializing further in my chosen fields over time. Furthermore, with the growing significance of artificial intelligence, I foresee that our roles will shift towards delegating tasks to AI and overseeing the tasks performed. Being closely involved in this change excites me about the future possibilities. Additionally, I take ownership of my assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed both on time and to the best of my ability.?

First, welcome to the industry! Keep the motivation levels high, and never stop being curious. In the process of identifying problems and finding solutions, it's crucial to be open-minded and view every challenge as a learning opportunity. So, always keep that 'forever a student' mindset!?

I am a polyglot with fluency in 4 languages: English, German, Spanish, and Turkish. For me, learning a new language is like unlocking doors to a different world. I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures. Having already visited over 10 countries, I look forward to seeing more of the world and learning even more languages in the future.?
