What is your favorite thing about working at Konvergenz?

My favorite part is definitely the collaboration aspect. I love interacting with my team both internally and externally with clients. Every project brings something new and exciting, and working together to deliver top-notch results is what drives me.

If you could rename your job title to something more creative, what would it be?

I'd go with "Project Expediter." It's all about keeping things moving smoothly and efficiently, and that title captures the essence of what I do.

What is the best piece of career advice you've ever heard?

Robin Sharma once said, "It's not about how long you work, it's about how intensely, intelligently, and wisely you work. And if you want to have a long career without burning out then I think recovery is very important". I truly believe in this philosophy. Working smart and taking time for recovery is crucial for a sustainable career.

Share a fun fact about yourself that most colleagues do not know.

Well, here's one: I've been passionate about crocheting since I was in class 5. It's a hobby that brings me a lot of joy, and I like to think I'm pretty good at it!

If you could choose a theme song for your work life, what would it be and why?

I'd pick "Break My Soul" by Beyoncé. This song reminds me that no matter how tough things get, my spirit remains unbreakable. It's a powerful reminder to push through challenges and keep striving for success.
