Employee Spotlight: Idelia Casso

Q1: What originally brought you to Reliance Partners and how long have you been a part of the team?

I was looking for an opportunity to join a company where I could continue to advance in my career. At that time, ironically, I came across an old coworker on LinkedIn who worked for Reliance, and the rest is history. Since July of 2022, I have been a proud member of the Reliance team.

Q2: What is one fun fact about yourself that your colleagues might not know?

I have a twenty-two-year-old daughter that others always think is my sister.

Q3: What is your go-to snack or beverage throughout the workday?

Being from Wisconsin, my favorite snack is cheese or an ice-cold cherry Pepsi!

Q4: What are some items on your desk that you couldn't work without?

My Echo Dot and Post-Its notes!

Q5: If you could have a superpower that only works in the office, what would it be and how would you use it?

It would have to be working at lightning speed with efficiency! I would use this superpower to get everything done by the end of my workday.
