Meet Heather, our Customer Success Manager and talk about her game-changing contributions during the rollout of Changed Plus and Premium. She took the reins in ensuring our member support team was well-versed in all the incredible features and functions of the release. ? How long have you worked for Changed? What role did you start out in and where are you now?
I've been a proud member of the Changed family since April of 2018 when I started part-time. Then, in September of the same year, I switched to a full-time position. I can't believe it's been over five years already! When I first joined, I was working in member support, but as time went on, my dedication and passion for making a difference in people's financial lives led me to take on a broader role within the company.

?? What have been your key accomplishments in the Changed Plus and Premium rollout?
During the rollout of Changed Plus and Premium, my primary focus was to ensure that our member support team was fully educated on all the fantastic new features and functions. By empowering our team, we were able to provide exceptional support and guide our users in making the most of the new updates on the Changed App.?
Additionally, I played a vital role in gathering user feedback, which directly influenced the product feature updates. It's incredibly rewarding to know that my efforts helped shape the enhanced user experience we offer today.
?? What motivates and inspires you to #DoDebtDifferently?
My motivation is deeply personal. As a mom who works hard to provide for my family, I understand the challenges of managing debt and striving for financial security. That's why paying off my own debt and helping others achieve the same sense of freedom is what truly drives me. Being part of the Changed team is an inspiration in itself. Witnessing the dedication and commitment our founders pour into this app since its inception in 2016 is truly inspiring. And our incredible team; we all share the same goal: to make a positive impact in people's lives and help them break free from the chains of debt.
Through my work, I strive to ensure that every user has the best experience possible. I believe in listening to our users, understanding their needs, and continuously improving our app to provide a phenomenal experience for everyone. Together, we're making debt a thing of the past!
