How did your FRAMOS adventure begin?
I was looking to expand my hands-on knowledge about photonics devices related to automation, robotics, and digital twins, and then FRAMOS impressed me with its technical vision and even more, its core values!
What/who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
The quest for technical innovations makes it greatly fulfilling to be a technical sales. Each development journeys taken together with customers inspire and educates me immensely.
What is your team like?
We work closely with each other, backing each other up whenever and wherever needed.
What’s the most unique part about working here?
The core values are lived in all cases.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
Being able to work remotely while having the freedom of going back to the beautiful office whenever needed. This flexibility cultivates trust, tolerance, and creativity.
What has your experience been with FRAMOS company culture?
This makes us a great team, period. Very open and trusting culture, that is to be treasured.

How do you describe FRAMOS to your friends and family?
We do sensor modules and help some of the top innovators in the imaging/vision industry accelerate their success.
Tell us more about your job.
As a key account manager, I am helping the strategic customer in the field of industrial automation and digital twins to innovate and improve efficiency by bringing in FRAMOS imaging solutions, together with our technical experts and project management team.
What is your relationship with the rest of your team like?
Friends that support each other the best they can.
What have been your biggest accomplishments on our team?
Guiding and closing several customization projects in parallel.
How have you developed professionally while working with FRAMOS?
I have expanded my skills by running projects and learning about new products with a broad spectrum. The open culture is also giving a great platform for personal and professional growth.

What advice you can give to someone who just started their career/wants to pursue a similar career?
Technical sales is not about selling but about adding value to the customer's vision.

I love books and do a sunbathing ceremony each summer to respect them.

Reading, going to museums, volunteering.

How would you describe your job to a class of kindergartners?
I help robots to see.
