We are honored to introduce you to?Denise Lara, Transaction Coordinator for Harry Norman, REALTORS? Historic Marietta Office.

How would you summarize what you do?

Denise Lara: My position at Harry Norman, REALTORS? Historic Marietta Office is Transaction Coordinator. I receive sales contracts from the agents and process through our systems to ensure they are legally correct and have all the necessary documentation to support that. This requires a thorough knowledge of real estate law and contracts.

Why did you choose Harry Norman, REALTORS??

Denise Lara: I chose to work with Harry Norman, REALTORS? because of the strong heritage this company has in the West Cobb area. This company has been around for many years but keeps up to date with technology and people. The office, agents and staff are like family. We support each other on a daily basis, both professionally and personally. We share a strong core value of commitment to each other.

What motivates or inspires you?

Denise Lara: I am particularly motivated by being able to assist and help people. Because I show love and appreciation through acts of service, I enjoy encouraging, supporting and communicating with not only the agents and staff in our office but throughout the entire Harry Norman organization. It has been my pleasure to backup other offices when staff members are out. I resonate with all of Harry Norman, REALTORS?’ core values with authenticity, integrity & enriching relationships being my top priorities. I strive for excellence in all that I do!?
