What do you find most rewarding about working here? What initially attracted you to Teranet and has kept you here?

What I find most rewarding about working at Teranet is the opportunity to learn about the business and collaborate with talented colleagues. Initially attracted by its dynamic work environment, I've stayed because of the company's emphasis on continuous growth and meaningful contributions. Being part of a team where every individual's input is valued has kept me committed to Teranet's vision and values.

In what ways have the employee initiatives at Teranet (such as the mentorship program, OPEX, Teralife, ERGs) contributed to your development?

The employee initiatives at Teranet, including the mentorship program, OPEX, Teralife, and Employee Resource Groups (ERG), have significantly contributed to my personal and professional development by fostering an inclusive environment where traditionally marginalized groups are celebrated and supported. Through my involvement in the ERG as the chair of the BIPOC committee for the past two years, I've had the opportunity to lead initiatives aimed at empowering and advancing BIPOC individuals within the organization, creating a space where employees feel encouraged to bring their whole selves to work and where meaningful conversations about diversity and inclusion thrive. These initiatives not only enhance my leadership skills but also deepen my commitment to driving positive change and fostering an inclusive culture at Teranet.
