What is your favorite part about working at IDE??

My personality and how I work with others and contribute to the team.

What do you enjoy most about your job, and what are some of the challenges you face?

The traveling. Sometimes figuring out how’s these rig operate can be challenging.

Can you share a project or accomplishment you're particularly proud of that you worked on during your time here?

When I was in North Dakota and had to figure out on my own how to reseal a rotary head and how to save a through shaft when parts couldn’t get overnighted to the job site.?

How do you stay motivated and engaged in your work, and what advice would you give to others who are struggling with motivation?

This work is though, but you just have to be creative to get the job done and learn new ways to fix things.

How does IDE support your professional development, and what opportunities have you taken advantage of?

IDE gives me different out look on how to fix things on the fly and I have taken advantage of IDE trusting me to fly around and fix these rigs.

How do you collaborate with your colleagues and team members, and what qualities do you think are essential for effective teamwork?

My colleagues are always there to help and I give different opinions on how to fix things.

How do you balance your work responsibilities with your personal life, and what strategies do you use to maintain that balance?

Just like life, if it has to be done you just find a way to make it happen and just put your work first and put pride in your work.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love to golf, snowboard, and go floating down the river with my friends.

What is something that you are proud of about yourself?

That I take great pride in my work and showing my boss and the people around me that I can do the job right the first time.

If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be and why?

I would visit Iceland. I've just always thought it was a beautiful place.
