Collins has been with Konvergenz Network Solutions as a Technical Engineer, specializing in Voice and Privilege Access Management for two years, bringing his expertise and enthusiasm to everything he does. What is your favorite thing about working at Konvergenz?

My favorite thing about working at Konvergenz has been a positive and supportive work culture. The management and colleagues foster an environment of respect, collaboration, and encouragement which creates a sense of belonging and motivation. This has made Konvergenz Network Solutions a more enjoyable and fulfilling work place to be in.

If you could rename your job title to something more creative, what would it be?

I’d go with “Technology Maestro.” It sounds fun and gets at the heart of what I do— ensuring all our tech works smoothly and creatively solves problems.

What is the best piece of career advice you've ever heard?

Someone once told me to always keep learning. In tech, things change fast, so staying updated is super important. It’s advice that’s helped me keep up in this field.

Share a fun fact about yourself that most colleagues do not know.

Not many people know this, but I used to be a robotics engineer. That experience taught me a lot about tackling tough challenges, which comes in handy now.

If you could choose a theme song for your work life, what would it be and why?

I’d choose “Imagine” by John Lennon as my work theme song. It’s about dreaming big and creating new things, which is a lot like what we do as engineers.

What is YOUR MOTIVATION MANTRA/QUOTE that inspires you to wake up every day and work hard towards your goals?

“Strive for progress, not perfection.” It reminds me to focus on getting better step by step, instead of trying to be perfect all at once.
