Employee Spotlight- Casey Harding

Our employee spotlight feature is Engineer Casey Harding, P.E. . In her role, she assists with the management and design of distribution system improvement projects for water main extensions, service connections, booster station construction, and tank construction. Casey is an essential part of our engineering team, working on these projects from the design through their completion.

What has been your favorite opportunity at Pennichuck?

I love the opportunity to work with NHDES and many towns in southern New Hampshire. I have had the chance to examine issues from a regional perspective and try to find solutions that will benefit all the impacted communities.?

What do you like most about your role at Pennichuck?

I enjoy contributing to regional solutions to bring safe and reliable drinking water to communities across southern New Hampshire.?

What are some important lessons you have learned throughout your career?

Failure is often the best lesson. If you can learn through failure, you will become successful.?

Favorite thing about working in the water industry?

Knowing that I am going to work every day to provide safe and reliable drinking water to the community.
