Question 1: Can you tell how your job here has changed since you started, and how you learned new things?

It’s been four years I’m a part of Dumarey Group, and for the past two years I am leading Dumarey Softronix. Each day is a new opportunity to learn something different and relevant. My job is changing together with the evolution of my role, that is every day more business-oriented. The shift from knowing what makes a great product to knowing what are the features that will delight our customers and make our product unique is just huge. The key to this evolution is listening to our customers and embracing mistakes as part of our learning and innovation journey.

Question 2: What helped you move up in your job, like taking on more responsibilities or learning new skills?

I believe that sharing my career ambitions with my boss, and with my family is crucial, as every leader needs their strong support system to succeed. As well as creating a trustful, open and constructive relation with my people, because without them I would not move the needle.

Question 3: If you could give one tip to others who want to do better at work, what would it be?

Here I will cheat a little, and give two tips, but both are important.

1.???? Don’t be afraid to ask for help if you are stuck. It’s a sign of humbleness, which is a key quality of a good leader

2.???? Also, be always ready to offer help, even before being explicitly asked for
